HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?
To apply for a discount, you will need to enter your coupon code during the checkout. Once you update your cart, your promotional code will automatically give you your discount or special offer.
Please note that most promotional codes are case-sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear (example: in all caps).
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible; they’ll be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Yes, if you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Depending on the processing status of your order, we may be able to update the shipping address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location, additional shipping fees may apply.
HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Our orders typically take between 1-7 business days for production, depending on the type of product. This is the time it takes to print your products after you’ve placed your order. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAME?

SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you selected free shipping or a no-tracking option, please keep in mind that we can’t take responsibility for the delivery once your order has shipped. Since there’s no way to track it, we can’t guarantee its arrival.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER
If you've made a mistake with your order, such as selecting the wrong item, size or quantity, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER - STICKY LABELS
We cannot provide a refund or replacement where a typing error has occurred by the customer when ordering online. We often receive orders containing creative name variations, so spelling mistakes are not apparent to our printing team. Please ensure spelling is checked and all details are correct before completing your checkout.
Where you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us, and the error has been ascertained to come from us, we will reprint the product and post it to you free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service if this occurs.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ORDER

If you’re experiencing issues with any of our products, please contact our Customer Service and we’ll be happy to help.
I’M NOT SATISFY WITH A PRODUCT
Customer satisfaction is very important to us; if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of a product within 30 days of receiving it please contact our Customer Service. At our discretion, we may arrange to replace or repair it. Please visit our Return Policy for more details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I'VE MADE A MISTAKE?
Yes, as long as your order has not been processed or shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to request the cancellation. However, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.

WILL THE PRINT FADE OVER TIME?
Our prints are made with high-quality materials, but like all apparel, they may experience slight fading after multiple washes. Proper care helps keep them vibrant!
HOW DO THE T-SHIRTS FIT?
Our t-shirts have a Unisex Fit, meaning they are slightly relaxed and comfortable for everyone.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
We recommend checking our size chart before placing your order (you can find it in the product description). If you’re between sizes:
• For a more fitted look, size down.
• For a looser/oversized style, size up.
• If you usually wear a women’s size, you may want to go one size down for a more tailored fit.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY T-SHIRT?
To keep your t-shirt looking great, we recommend washing it inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying on high heat.
STICKERS & LABELS
ARE THE STICKERS WATERPROOF?
Yes, our stickers are waterproof, making them perfect for outdoor use, laptops, water bottles, and more!
HOW DO I APPLY THE STICKERS?
Our stickers come with a peel-and-stick adhesive, making them easy to apply. Each sticker includes an instruction card to guide you. Simply clean the surface, peel off the backing, and press firmly to stick.
HOW DO I REMOVE THE STICKERS?
To remove the stickers, peel them gently from the edge. There may be some sticky residue left, which you can clean off with alcohol (depending on the surface). Be sure to do it slowly to avoid damage to the surface.
